Housing Development, Co. Armagh (2012)
Geoman Ltd. was appointed as geotechnical consultant for a housing scheme in Co. Armagh.
The brief included the design of a sustainable urban drainage system (SUDS) for the site (infiltration trenches) and details for the use of site won cohesive up fill throughout the site in place of large volumes of imported granular fill.
A substantial reinforced slope was designed along the site boundary. Technical Approval and Geotechnical Certification of the works were also completed.
